About
I'm Safet, a software engineer from Zenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina. I'm doing a master's in Software Engineering at the Polytechnic Faculty of the University of Zenica, where I also work as a teaching assistant: C#/.NET labs for Object-Oriented Programming Languages in winter, Advanced Programming Techniques and Computer Graphics in summer.
I like building things all the way down the stack: a resume builder people actually use, Minecraft mods with automated release pipelines, render engines written from scratch, and the small CLIs that hold my own workflow together.
What I work on
- Products: EngineCV, a local-first resume builder that works without an account.
- Minecraft mods: Throwable Mobs and Adjustability for Fabric and NeoForge, on CurseForge and Modrinth.
- Computer graphics: Oxide (Rust + WebGPU) and a terminal renderer in C.
- Research: multi-agent reinforcement learning and database performance.
- Algorithms: NeetCode problems in Rust and C++.
Outside the editor
- Lifting. Training for size; the logbook is as disciplined as the codebase.
- Music. Producing and tinkering with MIDI, which is how ForgeAI came about.
- Minecraft. I play it, host servers for friends, and then mod what I wish it did, which also produced world-backup.
